Vacation Rental Cleaning

FAQs

  • Payment:

    We keep a card on file to charge the Friday after your clean(s) through Square. You will also get an invoice.

    Fees:

    Trip Fee: $30

    • Any separate trip made to your condo without us being in the area for any reason other than to clean your condo

    Laundry Fee: $20 Per Load

    • Comforters, shams, shower curtains, ect.

  • We require access as a cohost on Airbnb, or use of the Turno app if you use both Airbnb and VRBO.

  • We Deep Clean your condo every 4 months. The price to do so is double the Standard Clean.

  • Everyone has quirks! We can check an additional 10 items in your condo that are not related to cleanliness!

    (IE. Placing the squeegee in the shower, decor looking a certain way)

  • Load and start the dishwasher. We can handle everything else!

  • A Flawless Clean!

Linen & Restock Program

Our linen and restock Program is a service to you, as well as a convenience for us!

We charge a one time fee to cover *two sets of:

*One in your unit while one is washing

Why are Pool Towels Optional?

If you do not currently provide pool towels, we do not require you to either! If you do want pool towels, we ask that you use ours.
